A: Our company policy does not allow trade-ins or previously owned gemstones.
A: We do not offer repair services on jewellery that has not been purchased from Diamond Industries Jewellery Company.
A: Inclusion or flaws in natural diamonds and precious stones exist commonly on the exterior and/or interior of the stones.
A: Daily wear, natural oils from sweat, alcohol (perfume) or acid (fruit juices) can dull the appearance of your jewellery piece.
A: In order to keep your jewellery clean, it is important to use lukewarm water and a mild liquid soap. Take a soft bristle brush to gently clean around the jewellery. Rinse off the soap with the water and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. For more information please visit our product care page.
A: We advise that you always store your jewellery in its original box or preferably in a soft velvet pouch. Please keep the jewellery pieces in separate packaging in order to prevent one jewellery piece from damaging another.
A: Yes, we do offer Bespoke Jewellery. We recommend to all our customers to make an appointment with our production/design consultant to discuss your requirements. Please feel free to let us know when you are available to make an appointment.
A: For any Repair, Cleaning & Polishing services, we require your “Diamond Industries Jewellery Certificate” authenticate certificate along with your Invoice to be brought to be shown as verification.
